A1. Does the facility have a written policy or program concerning Forced, Bonded, Indentured or Prison Labor which meets the requirements of local laws or regulations?
关于强迫性劳工、抵债性劳工、契约劳工、狱中劳工,工厂是否有书面政策或程序,以符合当地法律法规?
A2. Does the facility avoid utilizing employees who are trafficked, prisoned (not in accordance with Convention 29), bonded, or indentured, either at the facility itself, or a broker?
无论是工厂自身或是通过经纪公司,工厂是否避免使用被贩卖的、犯人(与第29条公约不符)、受债务约束的、或受契约约束的员工?
A3. Are original identification cards, passports, or other personal documents in possession of the employees, except where legally allowed otherwise?

A4. Are any employees made a monetary deposits as a condition of employment (excluding uniform, badge, tool deposits where allowed by local regulation)?
